Is there an easier way to add MBTiles to Aero App in order to allow others to download that same map without having to go into iTunes? 

Yes, to allow others to download without having to go to iTunes, you can use the User Files option on ADS which allows for importing PDF and MBTile files into ADS.

On ADS:

1. Click Dashboard on the Main Menu.
2. Navigate to the Import section then select User Files.
3. Select source containing the MBTile -> Select desired MBTile.
4. Click Open (on Windows) or Upload (on MacOS).
5. Once the importing is complete, click Data on the Main Menu.
6. Select the User Files tab to see the imported MBTile.

On Aero App:

1. Select Data on the Main Menu.
2. Tap Download.
3. Select Aero Data Server.
4. Discover the server the user files were uploaded to or connect to it manually.
5. Once connected to the server, tap User Files.
6. Select the user file(s) and tap Download.

MBTiles can be enabled in Map > Map Manager > User Maps to display on the map.

PDFs can be viewed in General > Docs or on the map Split Screen.
