Why are some of the files that I selected for download/import not appearing on the Data page after the process has completed?

This issue occurs when data becomes stuck in the download folder during the download process, typically because the antivirus software interferes with the download or the server (Wi-Fi) goes down before the download is complete. To resolve this issue: 

  1. Go to the ADS main storage folder usually located here: (C drive: ProgramData/ads)
  2. Delete the ‘download’ folder
  3. Go back to ADS and Download/Import data again
  4. Go to the Data tab

 All the data should now be listed.
