This issue occurs when data becomes stuck in the download folder during the download process, typically because the antivirus software interferes with the download or the server (Wi-Fi) goes down before the download is complete. To resolve this issue:
- Go to the ADS main storage folder usually located here: (C drive: ProgramData/ads)
- Delete the ‘download’ folder
- Go back to ADS and Download/Import data again
- Go to the Data tab
All the data should now be listed.
