Why am I getting error message: “Service Provider is not authorized to access user’s account” when filing a flight plan?

Please enter the username (email address) registered with your Flight Service account in the Credentials tab when filing a flight plan within Aero App.

Additionally, you must authorize Aero App as a service provider to successfully file flight plans from the app. This can be done on the Leidos 1800wxbrief website. Once authorized, your flight plans will file without issue.

Steps to authorize Aero App on your Leidos account:

  1. Go to http://1800wxbrief.com
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Under the Account tab in the menu, select Service Provider Authorization.
  4. Click the YES radio button to enable Aero App.
