How do I download and view Giant Reports for an airport?

Download Giant Reports.

1. Go to Data – > Tap Download.

1. Select AWS as the data source*.
2. Log in with Aero User Database or GEOAxIS credentials, or MDM (Mobile Device Management)**.
3. Select the effective data cycle; for example: 2026-01-22 (2601).
4. Scroll down to Other section & Select Giant Reports.
5. Tap the Download button to begin downloading
6. When downloading is complete, go back to the Data Status Page
7. Tap the Load All Data button
   1. If the user has data loaded, tap on the “Swap Cycles” button to transfer the data between active and standby.
   2. Tap on the View button next to the Active cycle to verify which data is loaded.

NOTE: The GLOBAL file is required.

To View Giant Reports:

1. Active Point view:

1. Search for an ICAO from the Search option on the main menu.
2. Tap on the ICAO -> Info.

The Giant Report field is populated with “Yes (<date>)” eg. Yes (2026-01-16). This date matches the one on the filename for the Giant report.

1. Tap on Giant Report button to view the document

2. Giant Report button on Search popup:

1. Tap Search option on the main menu.
2. On the Search popup, Enter the ICAO -> Tap Giant Report button. (If the airport has a Giant Report, the ICAO will display).
3. Tap on the ICAO from the list to view the Giant Report document.

3. Map/Route panel view:

1. Tap Map or Route panel (with route) from the main menu.
2. Tap on the ICAO -> Show -> Select ‘Info and Wx’.

Note: Not all the ICAOs have Giant Reports. Therefore, after downloading Giant Reports, ICAOs with no Giant Reports will not display the Giant Report button at General Information section on Active Point nor the Info & Wx popup on Map/Route panel. Also, Giant Report field at General Information section will display No.

* Data source might be also Aero Data Server.
