Reset your AUD password

You may reset your password at the www.aeroapp.info website:

1. Go to www.aeroapp.info.
2. Select Forgot/Reset Password under Aero User Database.
3. Enter your email address (AUD username).
4. Complete the CAPTCHA.
5. Click the “Reset Password” button.
6. AUD sends a password-reset email to the user’s email address.
   • NOTE: To reset your password, follow the instructions sent to your email address.

Or you may reset your password within Aero App:

1. Open Aero App.
2. Tap “Data” on the menu.
   • NOTE: Users with a version of Aero App prior to 1.2406 will find Data under App Mgmt.
3. Tap the “Download” button.
4. Select Aero User Database as the log in credentials under the AWS – Data Source.
5. Tap the “Reset Password” button located at the bottom of the page.

I did not receive the password-reset email

Check your inbox and junk folder for the password-reset email. If you do not receive the email, please contact the Aero App Support Team for assistance.
