You can reset your password at the aeroapp.info website:

1. Go to aeroapp.info.
2. On the menu, under Aero User Database, select Forgot/Reset Password.
3. Enter your email address (AUD username).
4. Click the Reset Password button.
5. AUD sends a password reset email, follow the instructions to reset your password.

Or you can reset your password within Aero App:

1. Open Aero App.
2. On the menu, select Data.
   • NOTE: Users with a version of Aero App prior to 1.2406 will find Data under App Mgmt.
3. Tap the Download button.
4. Select Aero User Database as the log in credentials under the AWS – Data Source.
5. Tap the Reset Password button located at the bottom of the page.

I did not receive a password reset email.

Check your email’s spam or junk folders for the password reset email from no-reply@aeroapp.info. If you did not receive the email, contact the Aero App Support Team for assistance.
