Users can reset their password within Aero App:

  1. Tap App Mgmt on the Main Menu
  2. Tap Data on the Secondary Menu
  3. Tap Download
  4. Select Aero User Database as the log in credentials under the AWS – Data Source
  5. Tap on the Reset Password button located at the bottom of the page
    • (Opens the device’s default internet browser to the Forgot/Reset Password page on aeroapp.info)

Expired password:

The password to your AUD account will expire after one year. The AUD will alert you via email prior to your password expiring thereby enabling you to reset your password before the expiration date.

Please check your inbox and junk folder for the email to reset your password. If you did not receive the email, please contact the Aero App Support Team for assistance.
